Hey there, im thinking about taking CLA from Allmax nutrition and im not sure if this stuff works, so if anyone has tried it, recommends, or heard anything about this supplement please reply.

outside the fact I had to remove the link..Don't. You are young, don't put your health at risk for this stuff. You don't need it at all.
