Alli

Not sure if many people here have heard of Alli (It's caused quite a stir in the UK) but I managed to pick myself up a pack of capsules today. From what I've heard, used in conjunction with exercise and a calorie controlled diet the results are really very good! It works by blocking a certain amount of your body's absorbtion of fats thrugh enzymes. Only downside is that it is very expensive (£33 for 2 weeks supply).

You can read more about it here:

I'm going to be trying it for 2 weeks - I'll let you all know how I get on.

I'm personally opposed to any fat-loss pill even if it were free, this one costs an arm and a leg. Start exercising, lift some weights, do some cardio and adjust your diet.

There are also concerns about its side-effects and the loss of vitamins D and A from the body. See what the Sun had to say on Alli ....

I've used Xenadryn, then hydrycut; both now banned by FDA. Well, the later was recalled recently but you get the point. At the time, they were the "hot" fat burner product; now I rather just lose the stuff naturally.
