All I have is two 15 pound free weights

Hey everybody,

I need to know the best way to tone (not body build) my biceps, triceps, pecks, and shoulder muscles. The catch is, I only have two 15 pound free weights. I know good old push ups will help a lot with each of these categories, but I also know that mixing it up keeps your muscles guessing. So, what I'm asking is, what are some unique or useful exercises I can do with my limited equipment to tone my muscles?

Definition of Toning - the act of decreasing bodyfat, so that the underlying muscle appears more defined.

So, to get toned, go ahead and use your weights, do pushups and crunches to your hearts content...But you're going to need plenty of cardio, and proper eating to shed the bodyfat.

If you want to tone, you dont really have to bother with lifting, just shed the bodyfat.

But most people who say ''i want to get toned'' really mean they wanna look bigger slightly more muscular with the low body fat. Well if you do want that, it will be hard to get it with 2x15lb dumbells...

I say get a gym membership and lift heavy ;)
