All body measurements went down

Hey all, it's been 6 weeks since starting the last workout plan, so today I took measurements, and did a fit test type of thing. My weight has not really changed more than 2 or 3 pounds the whole time, staying close to 208. The digital tester said my BF% was actually up, .3%, which kinda confused me, but it was a digital reader that you simply hold up in the air to get a reading, so I don't think I trust it.

Anyways, I have made muscular gains in all areas of my body, so I was expecting to get bigger. Well, I didn't really think that through, seeing as how there is a lot of fat covering my body. So when I had the measurements taken, everything had dropped, biceps had gone from 13 to 12 inches on both arms for example. Yet, I am stronger than I was 6 weeks ago. This work out plan is awesome, and I was finding myself wondering where I'll be in 6 weeks when its time to change things up again and measure up...

My bench went up from 145 to 155, and leg press went up from 360 to 450. I was pretty damn pleased...

Why are you doing leg presses instead of squats and deadlifts?

BTW, those digital body fat testers are grossly inaccurate.

The leg press is just what we used as a general test...just to get an idea of max press strength, I spose squats would be better...

I figured it was, seeing as how that reading completely contradicts my lifting gains, measurements, etc...
