sup everyone. just was searching forums for people that have a good deal of knowledge when it comes to fitness and it brought me here. i'm wanting to do alot of weight training and running to make myself stronger and faster. i want more endurance as well. i'm 16, 5 ft 7 and i weigh around 130-135. im active; i play basketball and i drink alot of water. i was taking the physical fitness test yesterday and i ran a mile a little over 7:30. so i want to be able to improve that time and cut off a minute by the end of summer. i'm also going to avoid any steroids or supplements.
what i need is some type of help in knowing what kind of schedule i should have each week(what type of excercises should i do, what things to do when weight training, what distances i should be running and what types of food i need to be eating and how much of it.
