Okay once upon a time there was a nineteen year old girl named Ali who lived in sunny old England. One day she looked in the mirror and decided she needed to change.

I am now around 160lbs and am still not happy. I do core training and am drining plenty of water I also count calories.


I am oping to keep this thread not only as a progress tracker but also a food diary.

Breakfast - Two slices of wholemeal toast with jam.

Lunch - A bolw of pasta with tomato sauce, and a banana.

Snacks - Two belgian waffles.

Dinner - Chicken Breast with carrotts and peas.


Drinks - Coke zero, LOTS of water.

Can you guys think of any healthier alternatives? ^^
