I'm currently trying to drop body fat but having trouble...
I only do classes at the gym as I'm not that confident to do weights in the main gym on my own,
So currently I'm doing:
Monday - rpm
Tuesday - rpm + pump
Wednesday - rpm + pump
Thursday - rpm + pump
Friday - rest
Saturday - 9k run (1hr) on treadmill + pump
Sunday - rpm
I'm finding it really hard to keep my calories below 1600/day....
I weigh 59kgs nd about 5ft4" tall.
Will albuterex help me drop my extra body fat or should I just keep at it and control my diet better???
