Since the New Year I've been dieting, things are goint so-so; I could not possibly eat healthier or more balanced, however, I have only knocked off about 10 lbs this month. I suppose thats not too bad, assuming that I continue to have those sort of stats in the comming months. I have also started working out a little bit. Mostly just walking, stretches and the almighty crunches, but I plan to upgrade this to running and more complex routine in the weeks to come.

I did manage to knock of about 40 pounds or so last year in the first 6 months, and to my surprise I never regained a single one of those pounds in the following 6 months. The big thing I am working on in my diet is the healthy lifestyle, I am avoiding all the fad diets since they really are meant for skinny people trying to knock off 15lbs before a wedding, after which they will regain those pounds. I know that things like hamburgers and ice cream will never be in my lifestyle.

Anywho, nice to be aboard, hope to lose alot with you
