ahh.. : (

I'm still not losing any weight and im tired of it and this weekend im gonna cheat really bad on some food and then come monday hittin it up with a strict 1400 calorie diet and i'm gonna try that out for a while and see how much i lose from now till my birthday April 27 so thats 26 days of eating only around 1400 calories to lose some weight. I dont care what i eat this weekend because im not gonna eat anything bad at all for like a month I'm tired of it so i dont care right now. I was gonna stop and get some ice cream tonight but my mom forgot i'll get some tomorrow though..or eat a cookie or a candy bar!!! Uhh what do you all think of that..i'm gonna do all this bad junk food stuff now so when im on my strict diet im not craving it or wanting it. When i was losing weight i could sit there and decorate cookies and not want one but now when im not losing any weight it seems like i crave stuff more. Maybe this way i can set more goals better??? Tell me what you guys think please!!

If I'm being honest - sounds like simon cowell on american idol :) you should not do what you are planning. How do you plan or reaching your goals if you give up? How long have you been trying to lose weight? I know it is hard. I know you have struggles. We all do. But what about next month when you have the same cravings? You say you are not going to eat anything bad for a month, but will you really not? Are you going to cave in?

Listen, many people on this site have given you great advice on the many topics you have brought up. Re-read and seach some posts on lowfat or nonfat desserts to satisfy your cravings. Search the web for some. Instead of indulging this weekend, walk/run/jog instead. No one is going to lose the weight but you. Believe in yourself. You CAN do it. Strart your 1400 calorie diet tommorow, stick with it, and don't look back.

You are only kidding (and hurting) yourself. No one here is blind to this, so don't fool yourself.

Follow the guidelines that have been laid down over-and-over again for you and others.

Do you REALLY want to lose weight and fat? If so, then you will start tonight, not after this weekend. If you are serious about beating this fat build-up, then you will.

Hunger will always be there! You need to face it and kick its ass! Is it controlling you, or are you the one in control?

I for one think you are capable of making a healthier you. What do you think?

Fine i wont eat the ice cream...but let me tell u i dont give a POO if im dieting on my birthday i will eat my ICE CREAM CAKE no matter what because its my birthday. My 16th birthday i will only have 1 of them my whole life. SO im gonna eat that im sorry but i cant help it. I'll be good till then i promise and see how i do okay!!! now tell me what u think

Enjoy a piece of it...like you said, you are only 16 once. But again, being honest here, and I can only go on what you write because no one I think really knows anyone here personally, but you seem to have a "defeatist" attitude... In other words, when I read your posts, you always give the imppression that you want to be in shape but you cave in... you HAVE to be stronger. You HAVE to be more discipline. I think the folks on the bb give you great information, but you have to decide for your self what is right and go with it..

Thanks! But no i seem like i cave into food but i really dont. I really do try to stay clear of them i just get really really big cravings for them but i dont go and get them and chop on them. I try to get my mind off of them and say no
