ahh hunger!! please give some suggestions

ok i have eaten dinner and allready eaten around 300 calories for my dinner, BUT IM SO HUNGRY.. i drank heaps of water but its still there so it must be hunger.. what can i do to overcome this??
 
I don't know any of your stats so I cannot help you. I did see a post that Theleip wrote to you. She broke down your caloric needs and provided information about cooking your own meals.

I'd re-read that post if I were you. She took a lot of time to write that. I'd also get on a regular and consistent menu and fitness routine. Why? Because if you're still hungry... you are doing something wrong. Either not enough calories, not enough water, not the right combination of foods, or you're not really hungry at all (maybe bored or thirsty).
 
How many calories do you eat a day? Is it late into the night? What are you stats?

If it's a slight hunger, try to block it out. Your body's always trying to get you to sustain your weight. Hunger's just a way for it to tell you to eat more calories. Losing weight is tough but you'll make it :)
