Age = 18, 168 Pounds...

Hey guys,
I'm a male, 18 and 168 pounds.
I've not been eating properly and this has led to the increase in my weight. I would like information on how to lose weight.
I'm going to control my diet, skip, do pushups/situps.
I would like to know how to start and how much to do per day.
