After an 80+ Lbs Weight Loss, I'm into fitness!

Hello everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself and maybe give some people some encouragement. Through a combination of eating right and exercising, I lost 80Lbs! I thought I would always be big, but once I stopped making excuses, it was one of the easiest thing I've ever done. Now I'm big into physical fitness!
 
well done. I read a bit of your blog and alot of it reminds me of what I was like when I was fat and what I did to lose weight. Its simple common sense- exercise and eat a healthy balanced diet of good foods each day and the weight just falls off. I`ve now lost 82 lbs and have upped my weights program to start filling out in the right places. I`m impressed by your desire to put it in a blog to help others because i simply wouldnt have the time or patience to do that. Good job.
