Basically what the title says. Sometimes I notice that the muscle I worked feels strained from 1 minute, to sometimes 30 mins, but when my muscle feels strained for about 30 mins, I know I've over worked that muscle
So how long should it normally feel strained for when giving it a real good workout and not over working your muscle?
I can't seem to ever get my biceps to feel that way, even after giving it all I got. I think its because my elbow joints put out to fast before my bicep muscles start to get a workout
