after ~5 months of training.

Well, this is what I looked like before I started my weight training/cardio program



this is about 5 months in, after changing my diet/training plan several times.



that was last week, and now this week, I look worse. I swear, some weeks I look and feel pretty lean, and others, like this week, I look like I've been running in circles for 5 months.



What I really need improvement on is my chest. I need to shed the little extra fat. Everytime I workout my chest, it is sore for the next two days. I don't know what else to do.

And I would also like to improve the definition in my abs.

any advice?

I do bench presses with heavy weights (225) and few (4 - 8) reps. and it has done wonders for my pecs (chest). I'll let the others, Chillen in particular, chime in on the abs.

It depends on the ligthting of the room your inn when you take the pic/look at yourself. Light makes a significant difference!

what are u complaining about!...ur in gr8 shape!! lol but i'd also suggest you to work more on your chest. Keep it up

btw, would you mind posting your workout/diet plan? id really appreciate it!
