Hi, Pecker 1210.
It depends on what exactly your goals are. The chest is made of a couple muscles. Not to mention all the tiny surrounding muscles. An incline chest exercise will actually work a different part of the chest than a decline chest exercise, or a flat laying exercise.
To develop stronger pecs I would recommend an all-around strength training routine for the chest (actually the whole body). I would include a mix of isolated and compound exercises (press and fly restpectable) and a mix of incline, decline, flat, exercises.
Hope this helps a bit.
