advise plz

hey everyone. I'm a senior in high school and I've struggled with weight all my life. i once did a weight loss program and through it i met my goal weight, but than i relapse, sort of, and gained more than double the weight that i had lost.i've been yoyo-ing since than losing 10lbs here and there, but never anything too significant. but now its my senior year i'm turning 18 soon and i want to be able to enjoy the last bit of high school i have and want to be able to enjoy the rest of my youth. i'm mostly here for support, even though my familys great i need someone who can relate.
if anyone has any suggestions on a diet and/or exercise program i can use i'd greatly appreciate it!

Hello and welcome.

Read the sticky posts in the various forums. You'll find that all the information you need on nutrition and exercise is there. Most of us don't favor "diet plans" but rather focus on whole nutrition and exercise, which is a lifestyle change.
