advise for training

Hi, I am 17 years old. I am in good shape and train a martial art 3 times per week. I am 174 cm and my weight is 64 kg,
I would like to know if running 3 times per week is good, altough I am not fat. (I dont want to loose muscle)
Is it possible to be in a good body shape only by working at home with no gym help? , (removed)
