Hi i am trying to loose weight off my chest and stomoch ( i know we cant choose where we loose weight ) I am 21 male and 12 stone, I my sessions at the gym start off with an hour to hour and half weights as heavy as i can manage then i burn 500 cals on the cross trainer then into the sauna for 30 mins i do this 3/5 times a week, and i want advice on how to improve my sessions, or better ways to hgelp me drop weight and also what to eat as soon as i leave gym as of now i just have a protein shake any help is greatly apreciated. ( sorry about any spelling )
 
First of all you have to understand that what you eat is going to be far more crucial to losing weight than working out (not that working out isn't important mind you).

I would suggest that you register for a free account at a site like fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and start logging your food. That will show you how many calories you're getting and where your nutrition is falling.

At your current weight, I'd say you need around 1700 calories to lose weight.

Next, I'd suggest you read the sticky posts inthe exercise area, especially the one called "The Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting". What you're doing with 2 hours of workingout a day is probably excessive. Read those threads and you'll see how to develop reasonable workout plans that will help get you where yo uwant to be going.
