Advice wanted on my current regime

I am seriously overweight and would ideally like to drop around 100lbs or so over the next year or so.

Anyway, at the moment, I am managing a calorie controlled diet reasonably well.

My intake is limited to approximately 2,000 calories on weekdays although it will increase a bit during some weekends.

From what I've seen on other websites, that calorie intake should see me drop my current weight a bit if I can continue on it.

I'm looking for advice on what best I can do in the gym to supplement this.

Every 2nd day I'd be looking at doing the following:

Treadmill - 20 minutes @ 150bpm covering approx 2km in distance.
Upright bike - 15 minutes @ 128bpm covering approx 5.19km in distance.
Seated Leg Press - 20 reps x 65kg, 15 reps x 105kg
Tricep Press - 20 reps x 65kg, 15 reps x 70kg

Is this likely to help weight loss and avoid problems with loose skin? Is there any supplements I could be taking? I've just bought a months supply of zotrim, they are reasonably cheap and have got a good write up so I thought it would be worth giving them a go.

Thanks in advance for any help. I'll keep you all updated on how I am doing.

I'd skip the zotrim. Seriously. You'll be able to lose plenty of weight on your own, and safely. If you MUST use it, save it for that last 5lbs you wanna lose. those are the hardest.

Your regimine isn't enough for the long term, and you're skipping too many muscle groups.

you should also do cardio one day, weights the next. keep alternating, and if you must, take 1 day a week off (or do something low impact like walking the dog for a couple miles)

mostly, eat properly. I think 2,000 calories sounds low but I don't know your stats. assuming 2,000 cals is good for you, make sure its quality whole foods. if it comes in a box, its probably not that good for you. if its still identifiable from its original source, its probably good.
(i.e. pasta is not so good, rice is. hot dogs are bad, lean fish and chicken breast is good)
