advice please?

My main goal would be to tone up. I have excess body fat that isnt needed, and I hope to loose most of it. I am 6'0 tall and weigh about 135 - 140lbs right now. Not sure what weight would be the best for myself. I try to have a little protein at every meal not going over the "serving" size, I eat alot of bran, stay away from white foods, such as bread, rice, etc. and try to eat as many veggies as possible, yet I am not loosing any weight.
I currently do a 30min pilate video and that is about it.
Please help in any way possible, thanks.
 
lose weight? 140lbs is nothing ... sounds like doing a bit of weight training would benefit u more
