Advice on my Full body routine

Day 1
Dumbell Bench press (5x5)
Arnold's military press
close grip bench press
bentover row with curl bar
lat pull down
Sit ups

Rest

Day 2
Squat
incline Dumbell bench (5x5)
lounges
Military press
-need something for back/vertical pull (i can't do too many chin/pull ups, not sure if i can do a full excercise- E.G. 4x8)
Flies
Sit ups

Rest

Day 3
Dead lifts
decline bench (dumbells)
Dumbell row
skull crushes
dumbell raises for shoulders
Curls
sits ups

i might run for 10 mins after each work out or do cardio on one ortwo of my days off
i know its not bad and need alterations on certain days, just can't pin point exactly what, i recent switch from split to full body so i'm trying to adjust and adapt to a solid full body routine.

When i did split i incorporated cables for chest and iso, things like calves, do i completely negate those in full body?

you have too much horizontal push. and not enough vertical pull
try this instead:
A
squats
db bench
bent over rows
swiss ball crunches(iso)
curls (iso)

REST

B
deadlift
military press/dips
chinups/pullups. no lat pulldowns
calf raises(iso)
skull crushers(iso)

alternate each workout with at least 1 rest day in between. 3 workouts a week. you dont need the isolation. its just accessory work. also you should do some rotator cuff work. you can do 2-3 sets of light cuban presses at the end of each workout. that will do.

umm i need advice on my work out, things to add take out, not really a completely new work out, thanks though. can you give me a few examples on vertical pulls
