Advice on losing chest fat

I've been on a diet and excersize routine for quite some time now and have lost quite a bit of weight, but can't seem to drop this last bit of chest fat.

I'm a large frame, semi-muscular male that started my diet with the following height and weight, 6'1 281 lbs. I've since dropped 86 lbs to make me 6'1 195 lbs. With the exception of my chest (which has reduced) I look to be in good shape to everyone including myself. I often even get comments from family, friends, and coworkers on how I need to stop dieting or I'll start looking sickly. I know I'm slightly high on the BMI scale, but that isn't a perfect system. I don't have access to a benchpress, but I do push ups and dumbell flies daily along with my cardio (treadmill).

So my question is should I keep going with the strict diet and lose another 15 lbs or should I continue to eat healthy and maintain my weight and hope continued excersize will eliminate the extra fat? Or does anyone have any good chest excersizes or other suggestions?

If you find the answer - then please let me know! I am in exactly the same boat (although I lost only 48 pounds) and I am also spot on my perfect BMI. Getting rid of that last excess fat is far harder than getting rid of the bulk, right? I'm also considering cutting calories and increasing cardio - maybe in the spring when salads start to come back into season. For now, I'm going to continue as below.

My post diet program has consisted of healthy eating, lots of lean protein, dog walking, dog running, and lots of strength training (including bench press exercises) - but I still have too much fat on my belly and chest. I have actually been eating alot of food - but thats because of all the exercising, and eating to gain muscle. ironically, despite eating so much - I haven't been able to gain any weight! I'll continue until at least March, then maybe try a few changes.

Unfortunately there is really no way to lose fat in one specific area. Just keep working out, and the fat will dissapear eventually. For instance, I carry most of my fat in my stomach area. No matter how much ab work I do, the fat is going to go away when it is good and ready. But when it does go away, I will have some nice muscles to show off in my abs!
