Hi, I started this week doing HIIT by reading around about it on the internet, what I did was mix HIIT on an eliptical and a jump rupe; what I'm doing now is:
Rope (during 10 minutes I do)
60 Seconds at a medium pace
30 Seconds as fast as I can go
I then walk around about 10 minutes and go to the eliptical machine where I do the same
Eliptical (during 10 minutes I do)
60 Seconds at a medium pace
30 Seconds as fast as I can go
After finishing, I walk around some more until I feel "cooled down" and then take a shower.
I just started doing it with 10 minutes on each but i'm planning on adding 1 more interval (1:30 minutes) each two weeks until reaching 20 minutes on each of those.
I'm a guy, 16 years old; atm I'm on 83kg and 1.80cm height.
My goal so far is going down to about 75kg and gaining endurance.
Note: As I do this home, all tools I have are the eliptical and jumping rope.
