Advice needed

Hi, I am new on this site and looking for some advice, support and direction :)
I work very funny shifts, sometimes from 17:00 till 02:00, then from 22:00 to 06:30 or 10:00 to 18:30 etc. This makes it a bit hard to follow any kind of sensible eating pan and I end up sleep deprived and craving fatty foods or sugar for a boost. I know it is very unhealthy to eat before going to bed, but after a full shift I am usually peckish and since it then takes a while to "wind down" I end up watching some telly or reading with some "comfort food". I have accepted that this is my responsibility and I cant blame shifts etc, trying to eat carrots or cucumber vs a sarmie etc but I don't feel full. It is very hard to fall asleep if you feel hungry. I drink 2litres of water a day and have cut out almost all fizzys. I have + - 12kg exess weight I'd like to get off my frame and I am not managing to do it on my own.

Any advice is appreciated

Thanx
