Advice from Veterans/experienced members- supplements and workout routine

HI there. i have been doing training for about a year and not used any supplements. i have decided to use supplements now.

my body i would describe as slim and toned. i am going for the cam gigandet look. Firstly i have been following his 'workout routine' ( can be found if you google it) i dont know if it is actually his but it seems ot be having a decent impact.

id appreciate it if someone could scrutinise the workout and say if it is effective or not.

secondly, supplements. I a not trying to bulkup majorly, just trying to tone up.
I have bought
1.whey isolat - intend to take 30 grams a day

2.creatine-intend to take 5g on workout days

3.dextrose- 50g on workout days

4.l-glutamine- 5 g on workout days.

I am planning on mixing these with water all togher .

would it be ok to mix all together with milk?

Also should i be taking these everyday or only on workout days?

Extensive research will be appreciated as i am a complete rookie at supplements and want to maximise results.

thank you.

I only use one supplement, namely Solgar Omnium multivitamin .... I take one a day (bottle states that one should take 2) ... I know that many are against using multivitamins, however, from what I understand, you body uses what it needs, and flushes the rest out (your pee turns bright orange)

I also eat balanced meals with lots of fruit/veg, and also have a juicer and make fruit/veg juice

so, combine your other supplements with a good multivitamin IMHO and you should be ok
