Advice for a newbie

I'm massivvery big weightely overweight and am for most of my life.
I weight 267 lbs and i'm 6"3.
I am 18.
I have no idea about cardio or weight lifting, my neighbour has a multigym which he will let me use. My brother also has 2.2lbs ankle and wrist weights that i can use.
My goal is to lose enough fat so I could be considered healthy and have a good body. I'm not that worried about building muscle but more about losing fat and defining muscle.

Can someone give me a basic 7 day routine that I can repeat and which would be good for me, When I know more I make them myself. I work in supermarket but have lots of time at night or in morning.
I have begun eating healthy and I am 100% detemined to do well and change me.
