Adding exercise into my routine

Hi ya'll -
I have already lost 27 pounds since Memorial Day, 2011. I am proud of my loss so far, but still have a good amount to go. I wanted to be down 60 pounds by Labor Day 2011. I am almost to the half way mark. I am adding some workouts into my routine. I have done some from this site, I really enjoy the exercise ball. I would like to know more info on the balance fit and the Bosu ball. Please anyone that has used these please let me know what you think of them.

Hey that's great that you've been enjoying exercising with the exercise ball! The BOSU is a great piece of equipment to use that you can do countless exercises with. Fitness.com has a list of some here:

What exactly do you mean by balance fit? Is this a balance board? Or a sit fit?
