It really is ridiculous how often I come here to just to see updates people put or little "wars" going on over types of workouts and what is best for noobs and experienced people.
I one day hope to get my 1 day without use badge, but no more then 1 day as this forum really has helped me get started and stay motivated for the little bit of excercise and nutrition I am doing
Yup, as Todd (FF)told me (over the phone because the boob put his phone number out here once) "The forum matters." I think about it at the gym, knowing I'm going to post my workout needing to post it.
I'd like to thank you all for this opportunity to share with the group my addiction.
I've found that over the last few weeks I feel compelled to spend undetermined amounts of time reading, posting, wondering WTF on several threads and most recently, laughing my a$$ off over several posts from just today alone!
So, I humbly come to you, hat in hand, to ask your forgiveness and hope that one day I too, can beat this addiction. :: sniff, sniff ::

Mwahaha, you must be referring to the guy presenting "original research" on the 5x5 and me opposing it. I hadn't posted for a while and was going to chill out but the opportunity to call B/S was too good for me to miss.
Though I agree there are people who take the forum way too seriously; not long ago some geezer was posting his phone number challenging me to a duel. There ought to be a forum rehab for these sort of cases.
