I've been wanting to lose weight for about 3 years. I've tried many pointless diets and crazy exercises that just didn't work.

However in the past year I've lost about 20 lbs. I started at 235, now down to about 215. I have another 40-50ish to go. I am 5'9 so I do hide my weight very well, however I want to lose my tummy bulge and just be fit!

Two nights ago I tripped on shrooms. I know - I'm being blunt. However tripping made me feel so organic and close to my body that I think I am finally ready to lose the weight without giving up!

I only eat organic and run every morning. I just need some good motivation and tips!

hm.. not even going to touch the reasoning for your renewed motivational push, but glad you are feeling determined.

I work at a natural foods store & one thing I have to mention since I see a lot of it is to not think organic means low calorie, low fat or that you can eat as much as you want without thinking about since its organic. Not saying that you do or that you think this way. I just have to laugh sometimes at the people who are stocking up on the organic potato chips & ice cream & expecting to lose weight. The calories are calories no matter how free from pesticides & chemicals they are.

Good luck with you goals. This site is a great place to meet people who are striving for similar goals.

Oh I competely understand what your saying. When I go to Trader Joes I see people that are much heavier than me stuffing their carts with bags of chips, chocolates, and cookies. I am definately not like that. I am trying to eat mostly seafoods, raw veggies (mostly greens), nuts, and of course fruit. I got the eating part right, now it's just the exercise, lol...

& that seems to be the trickiest part for me, so I can't offer much advice on that one other than just get moving as much as you can! :)

Good luck.
