acronym for FIT

Hello, yes I am new to this site and I have a general question. I am trying to start an exercise group with some friends at work and need an acronym for the letters FIT or FLEX or FLX. I have gotten as far as
Friends Inspire T or
Friends In T

I would like to stick with the "F" being the word Friends because we are...unless someone has something brilliant.
Any suggestions?
