Hey, I'm Ace. I'm 15 years and 11 months old. I am 6 feet tall.
---I'm a high school student, and have a pretty busy life. I'm a straight A student, and a top notch procrastinator, not that its a problem. I get my schoolwork done around midnight, sleep at around 1am. I wake up at seven, and don't feel tired. I'm an avid gamer, I own a PS3 and I clock at least an hour, usually around three, daily. I have great coordination, so I like playing sports, but I don't get the opportunity very often at all. I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY; we moved for better schools. I live in a small town where everyone knows everyone, and I hate it.
---My structure is Average-Big, and my build is slightly overweight and visible. I'm very strong, but the muscles aren't visible. I plan on losing as much weight and gaining as much muscle as possible. I do not have access to a gym nearby, so I have to improvise. I own a good treadmill, and am considering a cheap exercise bike. I can get small weights from Wal-Mart as long as they are not too expensive.

I want to reach 150lbs, and have a more toned build.

Any tips? I'm willing to try anything, but being a teenager, resources are limited.

Looking forward to advice, I know nothing about losing weight so I need it. What do you guys think I should do as a workout?

Some questions I have:

How much water should I drink daily?
Should I start working out in the morning before school, as well as eating breakfast?
What should be my ideal weight?
Exercise bike or treadmill?
 
For your weight - your BMI is already in the healthy range. Some people like to use a calculator such as the happy weight one to work out an idea.



Generally it all depends on body type and what looks good on you. I personally will only know when I am at goal when I get there and it may have little resemblance to the goal weight that I currently have on my ticker.

For water - a lot of people use the formula 1 fluid ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight for making sure that they are properly hydrated.

There is a section on weightloss through exercise. Look through that section and be sure to read the sticky threads. If you have and questions after that you could post a thread there or in the Advanced Weight Loss section.

How much water should I drink daily?

Just drink whenever you are thirsty, your body is pretty good at telling you when you need fluids. As a general rule though, 8 glasses a day is enough.

Should I start working out in the morning before school, as well as eating breakfast?

Exercise whenever you want to! Your only young so you shouldn't take it seriously. Just playing soccer at the park or going for a walk everyday is good, playing basketball with friends. Make sure you make it fun!

What should be my ideal weight?

Maybe that is something you should talk over with your GP or family doctor?

Exercise bike or treadmill?

What ever happened to going outside and exercising? Both are great for you though.
 
My BMI might say I'm healthy but I don't look like it; I added some pics, how much do u guys think is a ideal weight to lose based on those pics?
