Accurate weight measuring?

Hey, so about 3-4 weeks ago I started my bulking up diet. I've been eating, or trying to, about 3000 calories a day. I also try to get in 100g of fat and 150g of protein. On day 1 I weighed 140 lbs, a week later it was about 142 lbs, a week later about 144 lbs, a week later 145 lbs, and now it is 146 lbs. Now, this just seems kind of unrealistic to me, 6 pounds in 4 weeks? Maybe it's normal, but from what I've read from other people is that 0.5 lbs a week is normal. So now my question is, am I weighing myself accurately? Every morning I weigh myself, all I am wearing is a light robe, and for example, today I was 146 lbs. So is that what I should base it on? In the morning before I've eaten anything. If I weigh myself later in the day after a few meals I am usually anywhere from 148-155.

Thanks

Water weight plays a massive part in this.

always weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning before eatting or drinking anything, but after you have exonerated any human wastes.

Make a record of your weight daily. At the end of the week work out the average for that week and that will be about as acurate as you can get without living in a laboratory.
You dont need to wait a week for each result, just take an average each day of the past 7days.
