Hey All!
Not sure if there are any threads about being an accountability partner, but I was thinking that we could pair up with someone that could be an accountability partner to report to daily with whatever goals you have. If you really have a problem with exercising, then let your partner know and that partner will hold you accountable for that. We could relay the info. through private messages or exchange emails, etc. I need someone to really be hard on me, none of that, "Oh, that's okay that you had that cookie," etc. The problem with me is that I do have determination but if I get in a real giddy mood, it's like I don't care that I don't stick to my plan and I keep yo-yoing. Would someone like to be my accountability partner? I am walking 2 miles a day and weight-lifting. As far as diet goes, I was doing low-carb, but I was doing that for months and months and would prefer to just eat fewer calories. If you have any advise on how many calories to eat per day and how many to burn approximately, that would be great. I'll let you know all the details you need. Thanks.
