Hi hello! I am in search of finding someone (or steady active group) to help hold me accountable to stay on my diet and workout regime while I do the same in return for you. We can communicate via here, email, phone, all of it, whichever! Since I moved to FL I have not met anyone to keep me motivated. Where I have lived in the past, I had workout partners, meal prep buddies, all of it. I find having that person along side you with the same goals as you keeps you going strong.

A little about me...
I am a 27 y/o 5'1 female currently ~130lbs. This is always the weight I come back to no matter how many times I lose weight. I am currently a dietetic student and recently obtained my personal trainer license so I am very knowledgeable about food/nutrition/health/exercise. This should mean I don't have a poor relationship with food, right? lol

Where I struggle is the infamous weekends. THE WEEKEND IS MY WEAK END. It's that mental association between letting loose, having a drink or four and/or craving sweets. It is so difficult for me to break this habit when I am the only one holding myself accountable. It's also frustrating knowing how committed I have been in the past. I have had abs before!! VISIBLE ABS!! I know 130 doesn't sound that heavy but when you're 5'1 you don't have my room to put the extra lbs. I'm all around unhappy, sick of it, willing to make change, and looking for that consistent support.

Is anyone wanting to stick with me and keep each other motivated on a daily or weekly basis? While I am not currently licensed to offer meal plans yet, I can give great suggestions and guidance if anyone is in need of this help as well!

Hey @oneunanimous! I just posted on your diary thread, which I think might be the best place to find people to help you stay accountable. If you pop onto other people's diaries to offer support (and helpful suggestions, too), you'll probably find that others will find your thread and help you in the accountability department. Good to see that you are a dietetic student, we can always use more people with solid knowledge!

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. I definitely plan to support others on here and hope for positive things.
