Accountability 101

Hey everyone,

Since I failed to lose weight this week I thought it would be best that I make this thread so I can be accountable for everything that I eat and drink and see all of my failings right in front of my face.

- To start off this isn't going to be a good day for it and will make me look like an idiot. I haven't eaten breakfast and won't be eating until 3 and in which case it will be something that is preassembled either at a store or possibly Subway {Gah}.

- No idea what I will be eating for supper since I didn't pre-make anything and I'm not sure if my girlfriend is making anything but that will change as well since I'm going to have all meals ready either to be made or heated up.

Today will likely be a massive failure but I shall improve.

Take one step at a time, and each day is a new day :)

Can you get a healthier option at Subway? In the UK and Australia they have a healthy range.

Can you, for future reference, have some backup options in case you haven't cooked and don't have time to cook? Something in the freezer, a can of beans, that sort of thing? Even if it's not as healthy as what you'd normally have, damage control is better than "whatever" (not suggesting you're going for "whatever", just as a general principle).

Don't get too down on yourself, look to the future and how you can improve from today. It's a good sign that you're upset that you didn't plan accordingly, but don't get overly worked up over it. You can do it! :) Subway is not the worst option, if you only have a 6 incher (TWSS) and you avoid to much fattening sauce, it's relatively good for you.

Good luck in the future, I know you can do it :)

So I saved my lunch for the most part I believe... at least probably better than Subway. I went to Sobeys (a grocery store - not sure if they are anywhere besides Canada) and I got 2 hard boiled egg and some Chinese style rice {no idea what that means but it was the only rice they had}. I have no idea how much rice there was but it was probably about the same amount I would free hand myself.

So far no juice or pop which was difficult because here at my work cans of juice are free and pop is 25 cents but I can deal with that. It does such passing up free all of the time though :p
