I have it.
It often comes with obesity (although not necessarily) and causes back of neck, armpits, etc. to get very dark. It doesn't hurt or itch, it's just awfully embarrasing because it looks filthy.
This is one of the main reasons for starting weight loss again. Does anyone else have it? Any ideas on imroving it? I read that it goes away with weight loss...
