Abs

I am wondering what is a good way to work the abs (incuding all the ranges in motion). I have had some problems when lifting or running with my abs. I tried backing off to see if I oulled a muscel but they seem to get worse. I think that they are just not up to the level of the rest of my body due to it. Any ways to improve abdominal stregth for running and lift would help.
 
Search the board, there are lots of abdominal exercises posted.

Bottom line: Don't waste your time performing 100's of crunches/situps. Find some resistance abdominal exercises you like and train them like you would any other muscle.

Unless of course you're in the military and they time you for the 2 minute situp test.

Then do 100's :)
