"how many days will it take for me to reach my goal." thats a funny question cause you forgot to mention what your calorie deficit is to your maintenance so there is no way to know if you would even make progress. otherwise everything looks great.
Running 6mph = 863 calories at 190lbs
Weight Lifting Vigerous Effort 1 hour = 518 cal at 190lbs
Calculating BMR
Adult male: 66 + (6.3 x body weight in lbs.) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)
Me = 18 + (6.3x180) + (12.9x72) - (6.8 x 18)
Me = 18 + 1134 + 928.8 - 122.4 = 1958.4
BMR = 1,958.4 cals needed to be burned.
I go to the gym Mon, Wed, Fri. I run 3 miles (5km), Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun.
Now Acording to wich is where I got all of this information, If you burn 863 calories in 1 hour from running
6 miles in that hour, thien I would burn 431.5calories takeing under the fact I run 3 miles (5km) in a half an hour. The other 3 days of the week I work out at the gym for aproximaxly 1 hr. I do lift heavy with low reps and i would say that i work at a vigerous effort and so according to the website referd to above, I burn 518 Calories from going to the gym.
I eat aproximatly 180g of Protiene daily (my body weight) wich come from 3 cans of tuna, 2 protiene shakes a few snacks here and there and dinner. I'm not sure how much calories I intake a day so I will just describe what i would have on a average day :
Breakfast = Protiene shake with about 5-6 strawberries/5-10 mango or peach bagged and chopped from store (strawberries though are very fresh). 2-3 glasses of 1% milk put into the shake and 1.5 scoops of Wheys protiene powder. 1 Cereal bowl of Mini Wheets the kind with a very light sugar coading over each one (the white look on one side).
Lunch = A couple of frozen borritos with some meat in theim for protiene and whatever els your average super market re-heat borrito would have in it. Some more fruit such as an apple or pear or perhaps nectoriene. One more Protiene Shake with lunch or soon after it with same ingrediants as one mentioned in "Breakfast".
Dinner = Serving of green beans/ Potato / Carrots (the mini kind, bagged from super market) / 1-2 porkchops. If its not porkchop its usually a chicken breast or a steak.
Besides the meals mentioned above I like to snack. I'll have the odd bit of fruit or bowl of cerial or glass of milk/water perhaps a few popsicles in a day (each with 11g of sugar in theim, its hot over here

).
I can't give you my excact calorie intake per day because I have deranged sleeping patterns anywhere from going to bed between 1-6am and wakeing up anywhere from 12-2pm. I know its not that healthy and I am trying to change it.
This is the most information I can supply and took me awhile to come up with sitting here at 1:08am composing this data so i would REALLY appritiate a response to the best of your knowledge on just how well im doing on eatin along with my previous post on my workout squedual weekly and if i am on the right track and like i said, how long it will take for me to start getting some knowticable abs and that "cut" look.

PS - I weigh 180lbs and the calorie burn rates that i got off HowStuffWorks are for someone who is 190lbs so 10 lbs more thien me but i figured it would be fairly accurate none the less. Best I could do.
