so i know that you can't target fat loss but is there a method to working you abs?
A friend gave me "Pilates for dummies" and I tried working out with the tape. Even though some of the exercises were very hard, none of the abdominal exercises gave me that same muscle burn that I'm used to feeling whn you are working muscles. I just went back to doing my own routine of abdominal exercises because I feel like they are working better since they hurt.I do Pilaties 4 times a week. it works them well.
You don't need to go to a gym to resistance train.
Resistance = weight
Last time I checked, gravity was still working it's magic on us here on Earth, so unless you weigh nothing.... put that weight to use!
