abs?

Well I workout my whole body about 5 times a week how long do you think it will take until I see nice abs...I can see them pretty good when i wake up with no food in the morning and when I flex am I close?
 
5 times a week, full body? that might be a bit much.. getting enough rest is just as importaint, if not more importaint than the training itself. and about the abs, it all depends, if you want you abs to show i suggest doing cardio to loose fat, less fat = muscle more visible ;)
and think about the rest, i do fullbody workout 3 times a week, and thats enough for me:p
