I've been doing well on my training for the last 6 weeks. Lately though, everytime I do crunches or any other floor exercises on my abs I don't feel the same intense burn as I used to. In fact, I can feel my back and spine curving, so I adjust my form and start over. After a few sets I just can't get any burn. I feel exhausted because I feel like I'm not doing anything good and I'll probably end up hurting my back... even though I adjust and watch my form. What am I doing wrong?
Have I plateaud? What do I do now? Stop doing it for how long or do another kind of abs exercise (but what because it seems I've done them all). It's very important for me to work my abs and get a good burn because it makes me feel the muscles there and knowing I'm doing something for it, feel it tightening during the day. Advise would be appreciated!
