I just started weight training a few weeks ago. Recently, I started having a sharp pain in one of my right abdominal muscles. I tried giving my abs some rest for a few days thinking my abs needed some recovery time, but it isn't any better. It only bothers me when I exercise my abs, and it is only one specific point in my abs. It's not a lot of pain, and I could work through it if I want. Should I work through the pain? Let it rest more? See a doctor?
