alright people,
for some strange reason im never able to do proper sit ups without ankerin my feet on something, just dont seem to be able to get the balance right. (and i thinks im workin my legs more then my abs when i do that)
i've checked out my form and it seems ok. at the mo all im doin for my abs is russian twists but it doesnt seem like enough, anyone got any ideas?
