Abs Diet products

I have the Abs Diet book and I think it's a really useful tool and workout plan that I've been using lately. I recently got an email about an Abs Diet DVD and an online subscription. Does anyone know if either of these two product extensions of the Abs Diet offer anything new than what's in the book?

basically the online version offers more recipies to use and it gives you workouts to do. Also you can input your stats and watch your changes in lifts and body weight.

I honestly think its not worth it. you can use excel to track your gains and use you can do alot with the recipies provided already.

Are you counting calories on the diet?

From my observation of the Abs Diet, it appears to mostly plagiarize (or cannibalize might be a better term) the Testosterone Advantage Plan (by Lou Schuler), so if you want to go to the REAL source of all that great info, read TAP.

I have TAP as well, and found it useful also. But I think they're very different, and I like that the Abs Diet isn't as negative about cardio like Test Adv. It offers some compelling ideas on the subject, but staying active is important to health IMHO. And sometimes cardio is the best way to stay active (and burn calories) when we can't always get outside to do stuff.
