abs are awesome after...leg exercise???

i just did a leg exercise lasting around 30 minutes just before lunch today. I ate a protein shake with chicken breast and brown rice and 1/2 of a big 100 bar. 1 hour later i ate another chicken breast with more rice. i just decided to look at my abs in the mirror and wow...it looks like ijust did my ab routine. why is this???
 
legs are tghe hardest muscle to train is is so large it's almost a cardio session to do them...stimulates muscle, fat loss and respiratory improvements all at once is why cardio is useless for me when yuo can do this
