I have worked out for a couple of months now and i should have lost weight before i worked my abs. I was doing spot training and this does not remove the fat but it simply builds up the muscles under it. Now my absstick out too far and it looks awkward but they do not look chiseled b/c the fat is still there. If i stop working them out will they reduce in size or is there a way to lose my ab muscle?
I also have a larger ass and I was wondering wut i can do to lose it.
