Abs and being over 44!

I have always been really active, love to run, just started to really enjoy weight training and now that I am over 40...just turned 44 I am having issues with getting my abs to stop jiggling! I do my 5 tibetan rites every morning and then I do about 5 different ab exercises (it has been 2 months since I started doing abs every morning after my 5 rites and I still can't get rid of the jelly belly! Anyone out there have any suggestions, this getting old is really pissing me off! I never had issues with my belly! HELP!!!!
