About exercise bikes...

Hey, I'm new here, and I need some advice :(
I need to lose about 80 pounds to hit my target weight.
I'm 17 and I'm a girl.

I was thinking about using an exercise bike so I could read while exercising.
I was wondering if being on this for an hour or two everyday would help.
(By help, I mean help me lose weight effectively.)

Diet is more important than exercise my friend. CHeck out the sticky threads which will explain why.
Sign up at fitday.com or similar and track what you eat and when. and dont change your diet too drastically so you cant stick with it.
