Hi everyone!
I started to lose weight back in April, but didn't get serious till the summer (running and strength training).
Ideally I'd like to get to lose another 15-20. I never let anyone take pics of me when I was at my heaviest! I've also went from high-blood pressure to being in the normal range.
I can't wait to post the final finals! But already I have much more confidence and feel much better.
