about 3months

note* I put December 2007 because thats when I took that pic. The Actual time I started working out was End of Febuary. I joined this site in auguest, but due to my preperation to move to Japan and various other things I hardly had free time.

I cant bulk unfortunatly since I am compete at 68kg and under. But I plan to hover at 67-68kg, and lose as much fat. There was a bit of weight training, but as I am training for Taekwondo competition season atm, I have barely anytime to let my body rest.(tue,thur,sat,sun. Also wed if it doesnt rain, roadwork drills all 2h sessions). I plan to hit weights after june 14 competition and build pecs a bit, and arms, the rest need to goto my core and legs. Food wise, Japan rocks except for white rice. (brown rice priceeeeeeeeeeey):hug2:


If anyone competes TWD WTF especially help on regime would be appreciated :D
